Atlanta Havoc Elite is building a developmental ecosystem focused on shaping confident, disciplined, emotionally strong young men. Our coaches are the heart of the program. They are leaders who teach the game, build character, model discipline, and create a culture where boys grow into brothers and
athletes grow into leaders.
We are seeking coaches who bring experience, passion, patience, and a genuine commitment to making an impact both on and off the field.

• Teach football fundamentals, technique, discipline, and situational IQ

• Mentor players and reinforce leadership, character, confidence, and emotional maturity
• Communicate consistently with parents, staff, and program leadership
• Ensure players meet academic expectations and program standards
• Support mental wellness practices and positive team behavior
• Attend all required trainings, meetings, and coach education sessions
• Uphold Texas Havoc Elite values at all times• Previous coaching or playing experience required
• Ability to teach fundamentals and advanced skills based on age division
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for youth development and community impact
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to complete certification
• Must pass a background check

General manager
Atlanta Havoc Elite is building a comprehensive football and youth development ecosystem focused on discipline, leadership, and long-term impact. The General Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the league operates smoothly, professionally, and in alignment with the mission and strategic direction of The Keys Empire Foundation. This role serves as the primary point of contact for families and oversees day-to-day league operations, communication, and logistics while working closely with nonprofit leadership.
The General Manager is responsible for creating a structured, organized, and supportive environment for players, families, coaches, and staff, while ensuring league execution aligns with foundation goals, reporting requirements, and community impact objectives.

• Enforce league policies, codes of conduct, and program standards
• Address parent concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Support player registration, documentation, and compliance
• Coordinate tryouts, evaluations, and team placement
• Assist with game-day operations and special events
• Coordinate closely with The Keys Empire Foundation leadership on planning, execution, and reporting
• Support nonprofit programming goals, community initiatives, and impact tracking
• Assist with graduation ceremonies, field day events, and community programming• Experience in sports operations, program management, or youth programming preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to manage parent relations professionally and consistently
• Comfortable working with coaches, volunteers, families, and nonprofit leadership
• Passion for youth development and community impact
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete
• Must pass a background check
